Dr. Li earned her PhD from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her research focuses on the political economy of development and labor with a regional focus on Asia. Her background is political economy, economic development, growth and distribution, applied econometrics and comparative economic systems. Outside of academia she likes hiking and traveling.
