Rachel Lang has been a staff member of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences Dean's Office since October 2023. She has played an important role in the office's success by supporting student events such as Commencement and internship opportunities. An alumna of Emporia State University, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre, and she furthered her education at Newman University, earning a Master of Business Administration in Nonprofit Management.
Born and raised in western Kansas, she has embraced eastern Kansas as her home for the last nine years, finding happiness in both the local community and her work. Outside of work, she enjoys singing karaoke, attending live concerts, and cuddling up with a good book in the company of her cat. Her most cherished moments are spent with family and friends, as she values these lasting relationships above all.
