Graduate Programs

Our graduate programs lead to the discovery of artistic passion and serve as the foundation for academic and career pursuits.

Art Enrichment Beyond the Classroom

The UMKC Department of Media, Art and Design is fortunate to enjoy close physical proximity and professional connections to the museums, studios and organizations in Kansas City’s vibrant arts community so we can offer students additional opportunities for internships, visiting artists and enrichment programs to supplement coursework.
