The course emphasizes developing the communicative English competencies needed for success in studying law in the US. Participants practice the receptive and productive aspects of legal discourse, including:
The course is not limited to participants from partner institutions.
All students must test into the ALI's Level 3 in order to participate.
$500 per student for 5-8 students.
$250 per student for 9-12 students.
$3,000 for a cohort of 5-20 students from a UMKC partner.
