Biography

Michael R. Sprague is a trained public historian and lifelong Kansas Citian with an unwavering passion for the power of place and of shared authority within the history profession. By empowering individuals to contribute to historical discourse, Michael strives for a more inclusive and accessible approach to understanding the past. He has been with the Center for Digital and Public Humanities since January 2024, where he facilitates its day-to-day operations.
