Summer Community English Program

The ALI's Summer Community English Program helps students improve their English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening. Classes meet twice a week. This program is open to anyone who wants to improve their English in a non-intensive program.

All our instructors have master's degrees in teaching English as a second language and experience teaching overseas. Many of them have been teaching English as a second language at UMKC for several years. They are innovative and up-to-date in teaching methods and technology.
